The Rexroth AA6VM and ALA6VM series are axial piston variable displacement motors with a bent-axis design, suitable for both open and closed circuits in various industrial applications.
Displacement
Sizes and Max Displacements: The series includes different sizes such as 28, 55, 80, 107, 140, 160, 200, 250, 355, 500, and 1000 cm³/rev. For example, the AA6VM 28 has a maximum displacement of 28.1 cm³/rev, while the AA6VM 1000 has a maximum displacement of 1000 cm³/rev.
Variable Displacement Range: The displacement is infinitely variable in the range from Vg max to Vg min = 0.
Pressure Ratings
Nominal Pressure: The nominal pressure is up to 400 bar for most models in the series, except for sizes 250, 355, 500, and 1000 of the AA6VM series, which have a nominal pressure of 350 bar.
Peak Pressure: The peak pressure can reach up to 450 bar.
Speed Ratings
Maximum Speeds at Vg max: The maximum speed at maximum displacement (Vg max) varies by model. For example, the AA6VM 28 can reach up to 5550 rpm, while the AA6VM 1000 has a maximum speed of 1600 rpm at Vg max.
Maximum Speeds at Vg < Vg x: At displacements less than Vg x, the maximum speeds are also different for each model. For instance, the AA6VM 28 can achieve a maximum speed of 8750 rpm, and the AA6VM 1000 can reach 1600 rpm at Vg min.
Flow Rates
Inlet Flow at Vg max and nnom: The inlet flow at maximum displacement and nominal speed (nnom) ranges from 156 l/min for the AA6VM 28 to 1600 l/min for the AA6VM 1000.
Torque Ratings
Torque at Vg max and pnom: The output torque at maximum displacement and nominal pressure (pnom) varies from 179 Nm for the AA6VM 28 to 5571 Nm for the AA6VM 1000.
Control Options
Hydraulic Control: Options include hydraulic control with pilot pressure related, such as HD1 (10 bar pilot pressure increase), HD2 (25 bar pilot pressure related), and HD3 (35 bar pilot pressure related). There is also hydraulic two-position control, such as HZ, HZ1, and HZ3.
Electrical Control: Electrical control with proportional solenoid is available, with control voltages of 12 V (EP1) and 24 V (EP2).
